How to order:
Please send us your order with your complete Address where you live (and the delivery address, if not identical)
and all items you want to order with their item numbers
- or by Fax to +49 7151/34076 (within Germany the number is 07151 34076)
Please avoid double ordering via different modes
Shipment carrier:
Normally we send by Deutschen Post AG (DHL)
or UPS, if requested.
The order is shipped within 1-2 weeks, depending on custom procedures and shipping specifications, if the items ordered are available in stock. All items not in stock are delivered when available: New items, spare parts, special items, etc.
How to pay:
- cash on delivery (only within Germany):
- debit entry (only within Germany):
- proforma invoice (if you have a bank account within the European Union):
the shipment leaves when payment arrives.
- by credit card (world wide):
we accept VISA and Mastercard.
Shipping costs:
The shipping costs are calculated and charged for each shipment. The shipping costs vary by destination, weight, size and value of the shipment. Therefore we cannot tell the exact amount before the package is ready for shipment.
(shipping costs within Germany are € 5,90 for a regular parcel)
